An antique silver novelty pepperette modelled as a wooden handled chocolate pot. Hallmarked Chester 1901 with Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd makers mark. Approx. 4.5cm tall, total weight approx. 11.8g.

Fully hallmarked to underside of pot and inside rim of removable lid. Lid is removed easily but fits snuggly. Wooden handle is solid and firm in its mount. Pot has a very small dent (approx. 2mm) half way up on the back of the main body. No splits cracks or signs of repair.
